Pick a powder-coat finish and it’ll hold up indoors or out for decades.* Each piece is designed from your photo, so no two are alike — because no two pets are.

Choosing your finish
- Raw steel — the natural, industrial look with the character of the metal showing through. Raw steel is unsealed, so it will develop surface spotting and patina over time, even indoors — some people love that; if you don’t, pick a coated finish.*
- Brushed metal (+$10) — a clean, satin sheen that catches the light. Also unsealed, and brushing exposes more surface, so it patinas a little faster than raw.*
- Paint (+$15) — a solid color finish that seals the steel. Ready in up to 1 week.
- Powder coat (+$35) — black or white, baked on for the toughest, longest-lasting finish. The right call for anything outdoors or in a humid room (kitchen, bathroom, garage). Ready in up to 2 weeks.

What photo should I send?
Your favorite one. A clear, well-lit shot of the head or whole body works best, and a couple of extra angles help — but send what you have and we’ll let you know with your proof if we need another.
Will it really look like my pet?
That’s what the proof is for. You’ll see the exact design before anything is cut, and you get up to 5 rounds of revisions. Not satisfied? Full refund before we cut.
Can I hang it outside?
Yes — choose powder coat. Bare steel (raw or brushed) will rust when it’s exposed to rain, snow, or humidity. Powder coat seals the steel completely, so it’s the finish we recommend for porches, gardens, fences, and anywhere outdoors.
Can I include more than one pet, or get a different size or shape?
Absolutely — multi-pet pieces, scenery, and custom sizes are all on the table.

How is it shipped?
Edge-protected and boxed flat. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll make it right.
* Raw and brushed steel are unsealed and will naturally develop surface spotting and patina over time, especially in humid rooms or outdoors. For a finish that stays the same for decades, choose paint or powder coat.
